As we strive to maintain the highest standards and ensure the sustainability of our operations, we must occasionally adjust our fees. Therefore, we want to inform you of a modest forthcoming fee increase, effective March 1, 2024 for Individual Activity Applications and March 1, 2025 for Approved Provider Units. This adjustment allows us to invest in improving our offerings and providing you with even greater value.

INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY FEES

Individual Activity Application Fee Contact Hours < 1 hour $85 per c/h

Individual Activity Application Fee Contact Hours > 1 hour $85 per c/h

Live and Enduring Fee (New)- If your program is ONLY live or ONLY enduring, please disregard this fee. If your program will be presented as BOTH live and enduring, please add this fee in addition to the credit hour fee for your complete approval $30

Additional Individual Activity Fees

Application Late Fee

Applications received under 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) will be accessed a late submission fee  $200

Expedited Review Fee

Expedited review fees are in addition to late fees if your application is received 21 days prior to activity date (excluding weekends and holidays) Note: No application will be accepted 20 business days prior to activity start date $200

Individual Activity Post Activity late Fee

Post Activity documentation is required 30 business day (excludes weekends and holidays) after your activity date held $50

Individual Activity Application Addendum Fee $60

Individual Activity Consultation Fee $100
