Price Updates for Approved Provider Applicants- 2025

Dear Approved Provider Applicants,

We are writing to inform you of the updated pricing for our Approved Provider Submission Fees, effective March 2025. Please review the new fee structure below and ensure timely submission of your applications and reports to avoid any additional charges.

Approved Provider Submission Fees

  1. Intent to Apply or Intent to Reapply Fee
    • Due based on Provider Unit Cycle Date: $200
  1. Single Provider Application (1 Facility)
    • Due with submission of Provider Unit Application: $2,500
  1. System Provider Application (2 to 6 Facilities)
    • Due with submission of Provider Unit Application: $3,500
  1. Mega System Provider Application (7 or More Facilities)
    • Due with submission of Provider Unit Application: $4,800
  1. Provider Extension Fee
    • Extensions up to 1 cycle may be granted at the discretion of the Northeast MSD Accredited Approver Unit and must be requested in writing with explanation of cause. Extension dates will not change the original approval period: $500
  1. Cycle Deferral Fee
    • Fees to move to another review cycle: $250
  1. Late Submission Fees
    • Includes late submission of intent to reapply, self-study documents, provisional status reports, and/or monitoring/progress reports: $500
  1. Incomplete Self-Study Fee
    • Missing required documentation: $250
  1. Provisional Status Fee
    • Organization provisional status is granted to those who require re-submission of Self Study for substantive documentation deficiencies and/or process improvements: $500
  1. First Monitoring/Progress Report Submission Fees
    • $250
  1. Second Monitoring/Progress Report Submission Fees
    • For failure to correct deficiencies in first report: $250
  1. Third Monitoring/Progress Report Submission Fees
    • For failure to correct deficiencies in second report: $500

Additional Approved Provider Fees

  1. Single Provider Annual Review
    • $200
  1. System Provider Annual Review
    • $250
  1. Mega System Provider Annual Review
    • $400
  1. Provider Late Annual Report Fee
    • $50
  1. Provider Application Consultation Fee
    • 1-hour consultation with member of the NEMSD Education Unit team: $200
